Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collection, select your item, choose your size and color, then click “Add to Cart.” Follow the secure checkout steps to complete your purchase.

Q2: Can I customize my clothing?
A: Not at the moment — but we’re working on adding personalized/custom order options soon! Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Q3: How do I choose the right size?

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q4: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide — including to the EU, UK, US, and more. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Q5: Do you offer local delivery in Mauritius?
A: Yes! For customers in Mauritius, we now offer local order fulfillment and delivery. Your order will  delivered directly to you within 3–7 business days.

Q6: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • Mauritius (local): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days depending on your country

Q7: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q8: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve it.

Q9: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Email us at jumanaclothing0109@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Q10: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and MCB Juice/bank transfers for customers in Mauritius. All international payments are processed securely online.

Q11: Is my payment and data secure?
A: Yes! Our website uses SSL encryption and secure checkout systems to protect your personal and payment details.
